WWE SmackDown episode of March 10, 2023, is set to determine the #1 contender for Gunther’s Intercontinental title and will also feature a tag team match.
The build-up for WrestleMania 39 will continue as Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Karrion Kross, Kofi Kingston, and LA Knight collide in a fatal-5-way match in the #1 contender match for Intercontinental title. The Bloodline is United Again?
Last week, Roman Reigns gave an ultimatum to Jimmy Uso that he will hold him responsible if Jey does not get back into The Bloodline fold. Earlier this week On RAW, Jey teased an union with Sami before hitting him with a superkick. Many fans believe that Jey is just faking a turn on Sami to accomplish bigger plans. Is that the case or is Jey really back with The Bloodline?
Intercontinental Title Qualifier
Last week on SmackDown, Drew McIntyre stated that he wants to challenge Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 39. However, Sheamus came out and said he want a shot at the IC title too. LA Knight came out to the ring as well and presented his claim. It drew out Kofi Kingston as he already defeated Knight. Karrion Kross didn’t even enter the ring and the brawl broke out. Later the same night, WWE confirmed that these five would participate in a fatal-5-way match, with the winner earning a ticket to WrestleMania 39.
Braun Strowman & Ricochet vs The Viking Raiders
Two weeks back, the team of Braun Strowman & Ricochet came to the aid of Drew McIntyre and saved him from the attack of the Viking Raiders. WWE has now announced that Eric & Ivar, The Viking Raiders, will face Strowman and Ricochet in a tag team match.
