Timothy Thatcher vs Ridge Holland: Ridge Holland has responded to Timothy Thatcher and Tommaso Ciampa’s challenge and called for a match against Thatcher. Holland returned from injury three weeks back and helped Pete Dunne and Oney Lorcan to defeat Thatcher and Ciampa.

Hit Row vs Legado del Fantasma: The two heel stables have been feuding for some time now as Santos Escobar is looking to win North American Championship that Isaiah “Swerve” Scott currently holds. This week, Hit Row was able to thwart an attack from Escobar and their man. Next week, Legado del Fantasma’s Santos Escobar, Raul Mendoza & Joaquin Wilde will take on Hit Row’s Ashante “Thee” Adonis, “Top Dolla” AJ Francis, & NXT North American Champion Isaiah “Swerve” Scott.

Odyssey Jones vs Carmelo Hayes: NXT newcomers will face-off in the final of the NXT Breakout Tournament. Odyssey Jones defeated the much-acclaimed Trey Baxter while Carmelo Hayes has defeated two other men bigger in size than him to reach the final.

Million Dollar Champion Cameron Grimes and Ted DiBiase get out of a limousine in the parking lot to open the show. They enter for their Million Dollar Celebration with a big pop. Grimes talks about defeating LA Knight and going straight to the moon. DiBiase is proud to be Grimes’ mentor. Grimes threw fake dollar bills with his face on them into the crowd.

Ridge Holland defeated Timothy Thatcher in a singles match. After the match, Tommaso Ciampa comes to check on Thatcher but Holland pushed him away. A brawl breaks out as Pete Dunne also gets involved. Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch(returning from injury) also join Dunne & Holland and leaves Thatcher and Ciampa laid out.

Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis are backstage and are wearing new engagement t-shirt. Their wedding is on 14 September’s NXT episode.

Kacy Catanzaro & Kayden Carter defeated Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne in a tag team match.

NXT Women’s Champion Raquel Gonzalez cuts a backstage promo saying that she has been waiting for Kay Lee Ray to get here. Franky Monet, Jessi Kamea and Robert Stone cuts her off. Monet taunts Gonzalez and says she is coming for NXT Women’s title.

Kay Lee Ray defeated Valentina Feroz in a squash match.

NXT Champion Samoa Joe comes out for a promo. Pete Dunne interrupts him and wanted NXT General Manager William Regal to make the match official. LA Knight also interrupts Joe and Dunne, and so does Kyle O’Reilly. Ridge Holland attacks KOR. Dunne and Joe face off. Tommaso Ciampa attacks Dunne from behind. A brawl erupts and Ciampa and Joe are the last ones standing in the ring.

NXT General Manager William Regal comes out with a contract for the Breakout Tournament finals.

Carmelo Hayes defeated Odyssey Jones in the final of the NXT Breakout Tournament 2021. In post-match interview, Hayes says he is not sure which title he will challenge for yet.

Pete Dunne, Ridge Holland, Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan does promos on Samoa Joe, Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher. Holland said he will put Ciampa on the shelf next week, just like he put Thatcher on the shelf this week.

Xyon Quinn defeated Boa in a singles match after a distraction by Mei Ying.

Johnny Gargano goes to William Regal and begs him to cancel Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis’ marriage. LA Knight also wants Regal and this leads to a quarrel between Knight and Gargano.

A vignette with Roderick Strong training while Malcolm Bivens announces an Open Challenge next week from Strong. Bivens calls Strong the uncrowned NXT Cruiserweight Champion.

Legado del Fantasma(Santos Escobar, Raul Mendoza, Joaquin Wilde) defeated Hit Row(Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, “Top Dolla” AJ Francis, Ashante “Thee” Adonis) in a six men tag team match. Escobar pinned Scott to get the win. Briana Brandy attacked Escobar during the match but a mystery woman came out and hit her with a weapon.
