AEW Provides Update on Hangman Adam Page’s Injury

Adam "Hangman" Page Fight For Fallen 2019

Hangman Adam Page suffered a legitimate injury in the main event of tonight’s Dynamite during the AEW World Championship match against Jon Moxley.

Hangman Adam Page ate a nasty lariat from Moxley after which he suffered a concussion. The match was stopped then and there by the officials, and Page was stretched out of the ring.

After a few hours of the scary finish to Dynamite, AEW took to its official Twitter handle to provide a medical update on Hangman Adam Page’s injury.

It revealed that Page was taken to the Cincinnati trauma center where he was diagnosed with a concussion. Page was discharged from the hospital the same night, but will still remain under the concussion protocol of AEW.

The title bout between Page & Moxley ended ten minutes early via referee stoppage. The official summoned the medical professionals by throwing up an “X” sign.

The TV broadcast of AEW didn’t air Hangman Adam Page being attended by the medical professionals and stretched out of the ring. During this time, the camera focused on the commentary team.

When the camera returned to the ring, Jon Moxley was cutting a promo and called out MJF after wishing luck to Page. After that, Moxley vs MJF was also made official for AEW Full Gear.

We also wish a speedy recovery to the former AEW World Champion Hangman Adam Page.
