Roman Reigns vs Braun Strowman – WWE Universal Championship Match

Roman Reigns will have to defend the title at Hell in a Cell in 9 days. Before that, the Tribal Cheif is up for a big men’s clash against Braun Strowman at SmackDown’s season opener with the Universal Championship on the line. Strowman has been unable to win any title match against Roman till now. Will that change tonight?

The Street Profits vs Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode – WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match

After the RAW Tag Team Champions The Street Profits were drafted to SmackDown and became the tag champs for the brand, they are set to continue their rivalry with Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode.

Big E, Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods vs Sheamus, Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura

The New Day was broken up in the draft which will see Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods heading to RAW. This would mean Big E will have to feud with Sheamus, Cesaro & Nakamura alone after tonight’s farewell match for New Day.

Jeff Hardy vs Lars Sullivan

Hardy was injured by Lars Sullivan when he debuted on the main roster back in April 2019. Sullivan was injured himself after a couple of months and when Hardy returned earlier this year, Sullivan was still on the shelf. This would make their first encounter since the dreadful injury to Hardy.

Daniel Bryan Returns

Daniel Bryan took a break from WWE amid the pandemic and becoming a father once again. This would mean that this will his first appearance on WWE Thunderdome. Who will be his first opponent on his return? Will he go after Sami Zayn & Intercontinental Championship again?
