SmackDown will be going live from Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio on this Tuesday, 30 April 2019. Below are the advertised segments and matches from WWE.
Becky Lynch vs Bayley – Non Title Match
As Bayley moved to SmackDown, she made her intentions clear to go for Becky’s SmackDown Women’s title. Last week, she came short against Charlotte Flair for the right to face Becky for the title at Money in the Bank. Her performance was solid but a loss is still a loss, that too a clean one. Can we expect anything else when she will face off now against Becky this week? Most probably no! With some interruption, yes! Anyway, we can always be sure that the match will be good.
Kofi to respond to KO’s Betrayal
Kevin Owens becoming the honorary member of the New Day was short lived. It could have been continued for at least one more week. But with Money in the Bank looming, WWE needed to pull the plug last week itself. Kofi Kingston will now respond to KO’s betrayal in an exclusive interview which is likely to set up their match for MITB. What I am interested to see what Kofi will say about the setup in the first place. What else do you expect to happen when you team up or become best buddies with KO?
Who will be going to Money in the Bank Ladder matches from SmackDown?
RAW’s participants for Money in the Bank matches will be announced tonight in the special edition of “A Moment of Bliss.” And immediately next night, SmackDown will also be announcing their side of participants. But there is hardly anyone left with the talk show on the SmackDown roster. So, who will do the honors there remains to be seen. Probably, Shane McMahon himself will come out for the announcement which might also lead to a brawl between Roman Reigns and the entire SmackDown roster later.
