NJPW Historic X-Over 2022 Match Card, Start Time, How to Watch
NJPW Historic X-Over 2022 event, pronounced as Historic Crossover, will be the first-ever joint event between NJPW and Stardom Wrestling. The event will take place on November 20, 2022, at Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan.
The event will feature some of the biggest stars from both promotions featuring in 3 different mixed tag team matches. Great Muta’s last NJPW match will also take place at the event as teams up with Kazuchika Okada and Toru Yano to take on United Empire. However, the biggest bout will be the main event which will crown the first IWGP Women’s World Champion.
In the tournament final, KAIRI(Sane) clashes with Mayu Iwatani for the IWGP Women’s crown. Former WWE star KAIRI defeated Jazzy Gabert in the semifinal bout while Iwatani defeated Momo Watanabe and Utami Hayashishita in previous round bouts. Who will become the first-ever IWGP Women’s Champion?
Will Ospreay will defend IWGP United States Championship against Shota Umino in the co-main event. Stardom’s Utami Hayashishita will team up with Hiroshi Tanahashi to take on Maika and Hirooki Goto. Several other big bouts are scheduled for the card involving United Empire, CHAOS, and Bullet Club.
