Drew McIntyre Vs. Jinder Mahal Set To Take Place In WWE SummerSlam

It’s official! Drew McIntyre will go one on one against his former 3MB tag-team partner Jinder Mahal at WWE SummerSlam.

Jinder Mahal returned to RAW this Spring and entered in a feud with Drew McIntyre. He complained about the title opportunities Drew is getting. Not only that but Mahal also thinks he is the reason behind Drew’s success, and the company shouldn’t treat him less than McIntyre.

At Money in the Bank, Jinder Mahal cost Drew McIntyre the briefcase and he was quite proud of it. In response, McIntyre destroyed Mahal’s prized Indian motorcycle. The tension continues to rise between these former WWE champions and 3MB stablemates every single week. 

As a result, WWE has finally announced that Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre will collide against one another at the biggest party of the summer. 

The addition of this match makes the line-up of this upcoming PPV even more stacked. This year’s SummerSlam is all set to take place on August 21.
