Asuka vs Charlotte Flair Announced For RAW 19 April
WWE has announced a singles match between Asuka & Charlotte Flair for WWE RAW 19 April 2021 episode.
Flair cut a promo on RAW last week(12 April) over missing WrestleMania 37 and that behind her back, Rhea Ripley challenged Asuka and won the RAW Women’s title from her. Later, Flair attacked both women during the title rematch to cause a DQ.
WWE has now announced a match between Asuka and Flair for next Monday’s episode. It is not said whether this is a #1 contender match for the RAW Women’s title but the stipulation can be added to the match later.
Charlotte Flair had challenged Asuka for the RAW Women’s title match at WrestleMania. But those plans had to be scrapped after Flair tested positive for COVID-19. WWE then put Rhea Ripley in that spot and had her win the title at Mania.
WWE has announced two matches and a segment till now for 19 April 2021 RAW episode. The lineup is as below:
- Braun Strowman vs Randy Orton
- Asuka vs Charlotte Flair
- Drew McIntyre demands answers from T-Bar & Mace over their attack last week
