Edge vs AJ Styles II Announced for WWE WrestleMania Backlash 2022
A rematch between WWE Hall of Famer Edge and former WWE Champion AJ Styles has been made official for WWE WrestleMania Backlash 2022.
Edge and Aj Styles have been feuding before WrestleMania, and it started with the heel turn of Edge. The latter has shown the dark side of his personality during the feud.
Edge even managed to defeat AJ Styles at WWE WrestleMania 38 thanks to the little distraction from Damian Priest from the ringside. Since then, Damian Priest formed a dark alliance with Edge.
Priest even faced AJ Styles in a single match on Raw, but the match ended with Damian Priest disappearing from the ring. On the latest episode of Raw Edge and Priest were featured in a segment where Edge challenged AJ Styles for a match at WrestleMania Backlash.
Later, Sarah Schreiber interviewed AJ Styles in the locker room where AJ Styles accepted the challenge. However, soon the lights went out, and then AJ Styles was attacked by Edge & Damian Priest.
Now, two of the best in-ring performers of WWE will collide against each other one more time on May 8 at WrestleMania on May 8, 2022.
