AEW is set to air the inaugural episode of Collision on June 17, 2023. The debut episode will come up with a stacked card and features the return of CM Punk along with the TNT title bout. 

CM Punk will team up with FTR to face Bullet Club Gold & Samoa Joe in the main event. Miro and Andrade El Idolo will return action. Wardlow will defend his TNT title against Luchasaurus whereas Skye Blue & Willow Nightingale vs Ruby Soho & Toni Storm tag match is also announced. CM-FTR vs Bullet Club Gold & Samoa Joe

On the June 7 episode of Dynamite, Tony Khan officially announced that CM Punk would return to AEW TV and would team up with AEW Tag Team Champions FTR to take on Jay White, Juice Robinson, and Samoa Joe in trios match in the very first main event of AEW Collision. Which team will win the very first main event of AEW Collision? 

CM Punk will also be addressing the crowd as he said in the promo that he has a lot of things to get off his chest. What are those things? Will Punk take shots at The Elite? Will he take shots at AEW itself to keep him away from TV for so long? Is he miffed at the lack of fan support?

Wardlow vs Luchasaurus

Christian and Luchasaurus interrupted Wardlow after he retained his TNT title against Jake Hager. Christian revealed to him that Luchasaurus accepted Warlow’s challenge which was issued by him after seeing beat up Brock Anderson. Will Luchasaurus be successful where Christian failed? Wardlow will surely be amped up since Luchasaurus laid hands on Arn Anderson during Dynamite this week. What will this “collision” result in? 

Returns of Andrade El Idolo & Miro

Andrade El Idolo who last appeared at AEW All Out 2022 will make his return and collide against Buddy Matthews of the House of Black. Will Andrade be able to win his return match? 

Miro, whose last match came at AEW Forbidden Door 2022 PPV, will also make his in-ring return at AEW Collision this Saturday. His opponent is yet to be announced. Unlike Andrade, Miro has already made

Skye Blue & Willow Nightingale vs Ruby Soho & Toni Storm

Earlier this week on Dynamite, Toni Storm retained the AEW women’s title against Skye Blue. After the match, Storm and Ruby Soho began to assault Blue, but she was eventually saved by Willow Nightingale. This has ultimately resulted in AEW announcing a tag team match featuring these four women on the debut episode of AEW Collision.
