Daniel Rodriguez to Fight Gunnar Nelson at UFC 286

According to the latest reports, Daniel Rodriguez will fight Gunnar Nelson in a welterweight bout at UFC 286 PPV event on March 18, 2023. 

Daniel Rodriguez himself announced this bout by sharing a story on his Instagram handle. He said he would be a part of the UFC London PPV later this year in March. 

Daniel Rodriguez has only lost twice in his UFC career. His four fights winning streak was recently snapped by Neil Magny last year in November. Rodriguez registered his last win against Li Jingliang at UFC 279. 

On the other hand, Gunnar Nelson lost two out of his last three matches. However, we can’t really blame Gunnar because these losses came against Leon Edwards and Gilbert Burns, and that too in 2019. He returned to the octagon last year and rebounded from these losses by defeating Takashi Sato. 

Now, it remains to be seen whether Daniel Rodriguez will return to the winning path or Gunnar Nelson will start a winning streak at UFC 286 PPV event on March 18 at the O2 Arena in London.
