Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley will meet in a rematch in the main event of Showtime PPV on December 18, 2021. Paul was earlier facing Tommy Fury on the night, but Fury pulled out of the bout. Woodley came in as a short-notice replacement for a rematch with Paul.

Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury catchweight bout(192 lbs) was supposed to main event Showtime PPV event on December 18. However, Fury pulled out of the bout two weeks before due to an undisclosed injury.

Tyron Woodley stepped in to replace Fury on short notice and set up a rematch with Paul. They earlier headlined a PPV on August 29, 2021. Fury defeated Woodley with a controversial split decision. Woodley immediately asked for a rematch but Paul put a condition that Woodley get “I Love Jake Paul” tattoo to get a rematch.

Woodley got the tattoo on his middle finger but Paul had moved on to the bout with Fury. After Fury’s withdrawal, Woodley came in as a replacement for the main event bout on December 18.

The Problem Child has had just four bouts in his professional career. Although, none of those have been boxers by trade. After defeating Youptuber AnEsonGib in his debut bout, Jake has defeated Basketball player Nate Robinson, followed by Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley.

For Woodley, this will just be just the second professional boxing bout after he made his debut in first bout against Paul.

Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley will once again the main event a Showtime PPV with the event being available via several PPV carriers in the United States. The event will be available via the Showtime app and website on PPV for $59.95.
