Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva in Works for October 29

According to the latest reports, Jake Paul will face Anderson Silva in a boxing match on October 29 later this year. 

NoSmokeBoxing reported this matchup initially which was later confirmed by TMZ as well. Silva is an MMA legend and a former UFC middleweight champion. 

A few days back, Jake Paul stated that he already inked an opponent for his next bout which will take place in October. He also assured the fans that this time he will face a professional boxer with a winning record. 

Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotion also posted a tweet stating that they will officially announce Jake Paul’s opponent next week. The tweet also reads that Jake Paul would be the underdog in this match. 

Jake Paul was supposed to face Tommy Fury earlier this month, but the bout got nixed. Later, Hasim Rahman Jr. replaced Fury, but this bout got canceled as well. 

Jake Paul is coming off two back-to-back wins against Tyron Woodley, whereas Anderson Silva is coming off a first-round knockout win against Tito Ortiz.
