The Street Profits have been appearing in the backstage segments at WWE RAW for over a month now. They would to some skits backstage, comment on the ongoings at the show, hype other wrestlers, WWE legends and sometime NXT also among other things. They are yet to feature in the ring but the fact that RAW Executive Director Paul Heyman is high on them, suggest that they are set to be a major player at RAW in next year or so.

Earlier, former NXT Tag Team Champions War Raiders relinquished the titles and made the move to the main roster. On their main roster debut, they were dubbed as the Viking Experience which sparked a lot of criticism from the fans. Later, the name was changed to the Viking Raiders. They have spent the last few weeks by squashing the enhancement talents.

After the War Raiders relinquished the titles, a fatal 4-way Ladder Match was booked at NXT Takeover: XXV on 7 June. The Street Profits prevailed against the Undisputed Era, Forgotten Sons and Danny Burch & Oney Lorcan to win the titles.
