WWE RAW episode of August 29, 2022 will be the go-home edition of WWE Clash at the Castle and will feature the finals of the women’s tag-team championship tournament between Dakota Kai & Iyo Sky vs Aliyah & Raquel Rodriguez.
Moreover, WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle will make an appearance on RAW. The Miz will face Bobby Lashley in a singles match. Riddle and Seth Rollins will come face to face before they come face to face at Clash at the Castle. The Bloodline’s Sami Zayn & the Usos will also come to the red brand. Seth Rollins & Riddle Face-to-Face
Seth Rollins and Riddle are due to fight at Clash at the Castle in a fight that was postponed from SummerSlam. For the past few weeks though, it is becoming harder to keep them apart. Two weeks back, Riddle returned to RAW and chased down Rollins. Last week, RAW opened with a brawl between them on the ramp. This week, they will come face-to-face in an in-ring segment to hype their match.
New Women’s Tag Team Champions to be Crowned
The finals of the vacant women’s tag-team championship tournament will finally take place on this week’s Raw. Dakota Kai & Iyo Sky qualified for the finals by defeating Alexa Bliss & Asuka whereas Aliyah & Raquel Rodriguez booked their place by defeating Sonya Deville & Natalya. Now, these two teams will collide for the vacant tag-team championship tournament.
Kurt Angle Arrives to RAW
WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle will return to the red brand for the first time since he was attacked by Bray Wyatt on August 5, 2019 episode of RAW. It is currently not clear what he will be doing on RAW. Angle’s previous appearance on SmackDown was to introduce Riddle to the main roster. Will he be involved with Riddle again?
The Miz vs Bobby Lashley
United States Champion Bobby Lashley seems to be an unstoppable force nowadays. He already defeated the likes of AJ Styles & Ciampa in a singles match. This week, he will face The Miz in a non-title singles match. However, The Miz was kidnapped by Dexter Lumis last week. So, what will be Miz’s mental condition after that incident? And would we know what Dexter Lumis did with him?
The Bloodline Arrives to RAW
Sami Zayn and The Usos will be arriving to RAW ahead of Roman Reigns’ two years celebration of Universal Championship win and his title defense against Drew McIntyre. Will Drew McIntyre follow the trio to RAW?
