NXT TakeOver in WrestleMania Week To Be Two Nights Event?
WWE is going to have a huge WrestleMania weekend this time around with two nights of WrestleMania, and SmackDown and RAW on either side of it.
That week became even bigger if NXT TakeOver gets added on Thursday, 8th April. Now, there are speculations that the week could become even bigger. And we are not even talking about the WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony at this point.
PWInsider is reporting that there are a few talks that NXT might turn their 7th April NXT show into night one of the TakeOver event. That show will air on USA Network just like every week’s NXT. Night two will air on WWE Network & Peacock like other WWE PPVs.
The report also adds however that the idea could change or evolve with more than a month to go. Also, there is no clarification if both the shows will air from Capitol Wrestling Center or will WWE find some other venue.
NXT will also need to prepare a whole lot bigger card than usual TakeOver events due to this being two nights event. NXT Manager William Regal teased a big announcement for next week’s show. But that announcement was beleived to be related to WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
Also, where will WWE add Hall of Fame 2021 Induction ceremony? Tuesday, April 6?
