Jon Moxley Challenges Adam Page for AEW Dynamite January 11
Jon Moxley has challenged Hangman Adam Page to come and fight him on January 11, 2023 edition of AEW Dynamite.
Moxley and Page have been at odds for several weeks since their title match in October. On the October 18th AEW Dynamite episode, Moxley defeated Page via referee stoppage when Page suffered a concussion after a clothesline from Moxley.
Page returned to attack Moxley on the November 30th AEW Dynamite and the two have been involved in several brawls ever since despite Page not being medically cleared. On Dynamite episode dated December 28, AEW medical team stated that Page could be medically cleared to compete in a match in two weeks’ time.
On the December 30th AEW Rampage episode, Moxley took to the mic to troll Page and said he slept like a baby while Page was suffering from his concussion. Moxley argued that they are in the business to hurt people and could not afford to care for their opponent’s well-being.
Moxley also said that wrestling is a challenging business and that Blackpool Combat Club puts in the most effort of anyone. Moxley then challenged Page to a fight on the January 11th AEW Dynamite if he gets cleared by then.
AEW has also announced that we will get clarification on Page’s medical condition on next week’s Dynamite.
January 11 episode of AEW Dynamite will air from The Forum in Los Angeles, CA. It will also feature the final match in Best of 7 series between The Elites and Death Triangle. Saraya will team up with a mystery partner to take on Dr. Britt Baker DMD and AEW Women’s Champion Jamie Hayter.
