Welcome to the live results blog for AEW Rampage March 31, 2023 episode which was pre-taped earlier in the week in St. Loius(Spoilers available here).
4 matches were announced in advance for the show. Taya Valkyrie looked to continue using Road to Valhalla/the Jaded as she took on Marina Shafir in a singles match. Juice Robinson tried to send a message to Ricky Starks as he attempted to beat Action Andretti.
Best Friends took on Kings of the Black Throne in a tag team match. Sammy Guevara faced Konosuke Takeshita in the opening match of the night. Check below for results from AEW Rampage March 31, 2023 episode with live updates, winners and highlights.

- Sammy Guevara defeated Konosuke Takeshita in a singles match via pinfall.
- Kings of the Black Throne(Malakai Black & Brody King) defeated Best Friends(Chuck Taylor & Trent Baretta) in a tag team match via disqualification.
- Taya Valkyrie defeated Marina Shafir in a singles match via pinfall.

Sammy Guevara vs Konosuke Takeshita
Sammy goes for a waistlock. Takeshita breaks it and runs the ropes. Sammy hits a corkscrew dropkick to trip Takeshita. He mocks Takeshita with some kicks. Takeshita nails him with a big punch. Jack Perry is watching this match backstage. Takeshita hits a clothesline on Sammy and mocks him with Sammy’s own pose. Darby Allin is also watching this match.
Sammy blocks a suplex and puts Takeshita on the ropes. He hits a senton on Takeshita on the ropes. Takeshita goes to the floor but gets back in to cut off a suicide dive with a kick. Sammy rolls to the floor and Takeshita hits a tope con hilo. Takeshita goes for an avalanche German suplex. Sammy rakes his eyes to block it. Sammy hits a dropkick in the corner to take us to a break.
Takeshita hits a release German suplex as we return from the break. Sammy hits a back elbow before Takeshita hits a modified piledriver. Sammy lands on his feet on a German suplex before hitting a Spanish fly. Sammy misses a shooting star press. Takeshita hits a Blue thunderbomb for a near fall.
They fight on the top for a while before Takeshita hits an avalanche German suplex. Takeshita follows up with a big clothesline for a near fall. Tay Conti distracts Takeshita, allowing Sammy to hit him with a knee strike. Sammy hits GTH to get the pinfall.
Winner – Sammy Guevara
We get another QTV segment where the crew mocks Rey Fenix and Alex Abrahantes.
QT talks about his new finisher and one of the crew member suggest that he hit it 4 times in a row and call it Dirty Sheet Symphony.
Matt Hardy and Ethan Page are backstage where Page says he would face Hook next week and the paper work is drawn by Matt Hardy. Hardy assures him that he has check the contract thourougly. Page signs the contract and Hardy smirks at the camera.
Best Friends(Chuck Taylor & Trent Baretta) vs Kings of the Black Throne(Malakai Black & Brody King)
Black starts with some kicks against Trent. Trent takes him to his corner and Taylor tags in. Taylor hits some punches but Black hits back with calf kicks and pump kick to counter. Black goes to stomp at Taylor a few times. Brody tags in and knocks off Trent from the apron before double teaming with Black. Taylor tries to counter but Brody is able to drop him with a clothesline. Brody throws him into the barricade to take us to a break.
Trent gets the hot tag as we return from the break. He hits quick moves on both opponents. He throws Brody to the floor and hits a top con hilo. Trent hits Black with a dropkick to get a two-count. Black hits back with a roundhouse kick before Taylor tags in for double-team half-and-half suplex. Best Friends do their signature hug before Brody gets into the ring. They use a low bridge to send Brody to the floor.
Brody catches a suicide dive from Trent and slams him to the floor. Brody picks up a chair but Taylor blocks him. Brody sends Taylor through the timekeeper’s table. Trent hits Brody with a chair. Black hits Black Mass on Trent. The referee calls for a DQ. No winner is announced.
Winner – Kings of Black Throne
After the match, Black and Brody continue to beat up Taylor. Orange Cassidy comes out but Buddy Mathews attacks him on the stage itself. Brody and Black drop Taylor in the ring with a double team attack. House of Black surround Cassidy on the ramp and Black says he knows how people like him think.
We get promos from Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland. Swerve says he has an army to go after Lee.
Taya Valkyrie vs Marina Shafir
They lock up before Marina trips Taya with a drop toe hold. Jade Cargill and company come out to the stage. Marina has put on an arm wringer. She continues to work on the arm for a while. Taya breaks free. Taya hits a kick, a knee strike and a clothesline to get a two-count. Marina hits a series of kicks. Taya hits a knee and a forearm strike before hitting Road to Valhalla to get the pinfall.
Winner – Taya Valkyrie
Jade asks to cut the music and tells Mark Sterling to handle this. Mark sends a court processor to hand Taya a court order. Taya takes the court order and hits the processor with Road to Valhalla. Jade gets enraged but is stopped by Sterling and Leila Gray from getting into the ring. Taya continues to mock her from the ring.
