  • The show opens with a recap of Drake Maverick vs Mike Kanellis narrated by Drake, promising that he’ll remain a fair general manager and he hopes it’s the final time he’ll have to compete on 205 Live as an in-ring Superstar. He also says that Mike is still welcome on the show and hopes they can move on.
  • Humberto Carrillo vs Lince Dorado ended in a double count-out. A longer match as compared to other 205 Live bouts. During the end, Carrillo took Dorado out with a Tope Con Hilo at the ringside. As he was heading back to the ring, Dorado pulled him and caused the count-out.
  • Carrillo argues with the ref that he made it back in time, but she tells him he didn’t. Carrillo takes out Metalik and Dorado on the outside with a Tope Con Hilo, then stands tall to end the segment.
  • Tony Nese talks about losing the Cruiserweight Championship and failing to win it back at Extreme Rules. Tonight he has an opportunity to face Drew one more time at SummerSlam, and he will be champion again.
  • Backstage, Ariya Daivari tries to turn Lince Dorado, saying everyone is talking about Humberto after their match earlier, but he’s being held back by the Lucha House Party. He tells Lince he could be the star of the group like Seth Rollins, once he turned on the Sheild.
  • Kalisto gets a promo talking up how he’s going to win the title after he becomes #1 contender. Jack Gallagher thinks he is more prepared than everyone else. Oney Lorcan says he is the only one who is mentally and physically prepared for the fight it’s going to take to win.
  • Oney Lorcan defeated Ariya Daivari, Kalisto, Tony Nese, Akira Tozawa and Jack Gallagher in a 6-pack challenge match to become the no #1 contender to the Cruiserweight Championship to face Drew Gulak at SummerSlam 2019.
  • The show ends with Drew Gulak raising up the Cruiserweight title and having a staredown with Oney Lorcan in the ring.
