Two top Light Heavyweight contenders will headline UFC Fight Night on February 25, 2023.

MMA Junkie’s Nolan King and Mike Bohn have reported that Nikita Krylov will face Ryan Spann in the main event of UFC Fight Night 220. Krylov is at #7 while Spann is at #10 in UFC Light Heavyweight Rankings, and are currently on a two-fight winning streak.

Krylov started 2022 with a loss to Paul Craig in February before he defeated former title challenger Alexander Gustafsson at UFC London in July. He recently defeated Volkan Oezdemir at UFC 280 PPV in October.

Spann entered 2022 after a loss to Anthony Smith in September 2021. He defeated Ion Cuțelaba via submission at a Fight Night in May before knocking out Dominick Reyes in the first round in the prelims of UFC 281.

The location for UFC Fight Night on February 25, 2022, is currently not announced. Jordan Leavitt vs Victor Martinez is one of the other fights that is announced for the card currently. Keep tuned in for more news and updates.
