Joe Joyce and Josh Parker will headline a BT Sports PPV event on September 24, 2022, at AO Arena in Manchester, UK.

Joyce vs Parker clash is for the interim WBO Heavyweight title as Joyce is ranked at #1 and Parker is ranked at #2 in WBO rankings. The winner is likely to be declared the mandatory WBO challenger to face Oleksandr Usyk at a later date. Expect fireworks as two heavy-hitting boxers collide in Manchester.

Joyce returned to action two months back with a knockout over Christian Hammer to maintain his undefeated record. This was his fourth knockout in a row since the start of 2020 which include wins over Carlos Takam, Daniel Dubois, and Michael Wallisch. Parker is coming off two wins over Derek Chisora in 2021. 

The co-main event of the PPV will feature a women’s featherweight title unification bout as Amanda Serrano puts her WBC and WBO titles on the line in order to compete for Sarah Mahfoud’s IBF title. This bout was earlier scheduled for Paul vs Rehman event, which ended up getting canceled. Italy’s undefeated super featherweight Michael Magnesi faces Anthony Cacace further down on the undercard for the IBO title.
