WWE has announced that Roman Reigns will face Erick Rowan at WWE Clash of Champions 2019 show on 15 September.
The saga of attacks on Roman Reigns has been going for more than a month now. Reigns was subjected to a backstage accident on 30 July edition of SmackDown Live and since then WWE has built up the mystery. Initially, it came out that Daniel Bryan’s sidekick Erick Rowan was the one behind the attacks.
Later Bryan and Rowan revealed a man backstage who looked a lot like Rowan as the supposed culprit. But last week, Roman Reigns cleared all the doubts as he releases a new video that showed it was Rowan only who carried out the attack. However, Daniel Bryan still maintained that he has nothing to do with it.
Now, WWE has announced the Roman Reigns will face Erick Rowan in the grudge match at WWE Clash of Champions 2019 show. The event will take place at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC on 15 September.
