NXT Result- 30 October 2019: Tag Team Title Matches
Shane Thorne vs Bronson Reed
Shane Thorne starts with a dropkick and a Cannonball. Reed comes back with a giant lariat and a cannonball of his own. They trade chops for some time until Reed hits a discus lariat. Thorne hits a series of kicks on Reed’s knee but Reed comes back with a German Suplex. Reed hits a float over Leghold Driver. He climbs to the top rope and Thorne hits with an enziguiri there. Reed counters a hurricanrana by tossing Thorne off the top rope and hits a huge Flying Splash for the pin.
Winner- Bronson Reed
Asuka & Kairi Sane(c) vs Dakota Kai & Tegan Nox – WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match
Asuka and Nox start with the Kabuki Warriors taking the early advantage. Nox fights back against Sane with a dropkick. Nox and Kai square off with Sane and Asuka on the outside. Kai hits a Penalty Kick and covers for two. Asuka sends Kai to the outside and unleashes a series of kicks, before locking in an Achilles Lock. Asuka keeps working Kai’s knee.
Kairi Sane tags in and locks in a Stretch Muffler. Asuka and Kairi make quick tags and keep control over Kai. Asuka kicks Kai’s head before a toehold lock. Sane corners Kai but Kai fight back and sends Sane out of the ring. Sane was blocking her from tagging in, so, Kai hits a huge kick and finally, Tegan Nox gets the hot tag. Nox fights off both opponents and hits a series of running European Uppercuts.
Nox hits a step-up enzuigiri and a huge crossbody for a two count. Asuka counters The Shining Wizard with a Kneebar. Nox fights out and counters with a Cross Armbreaker. Sane breaks up the submission. Nox hits Asuka with a Superkick. Kai tags in and hits a series of running kicks. Asuka spits the green mist on Kai and hits a roundhouse kick. Sane tags in and finish the match with an Insane Elbow for the pin.
Winners- Asuka & Kairi Sane(retains the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles)
After the match, Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke & Marina Shafir come out to attack Tegan Nox. Baszler sends Dakota Kai out of the ring and all three women continues to attack Nox. Rhea Ripley runs out to make the save and she is in turn attacked by Io Shirai. Bianca Belair attacks Ripley and Candice LeRae attacks Io Shirai. The brawl is continuing. Everyone starts beating up everyone in the ring. William Regal comes out and announces the War Game match.
