Naomi to Join Sasha Banks as a Guest at C2E2 Expo in August

A few weeks ago, it was announced that Sasha Banks (Mercedes Varnado) would appear as a guest C2E2 Expo in August. However, now she will be joined by her WWE tag-team partner Naomi as well. 

The official Twitter account of C2E2 confirmed that Naomi (Trinity Fatu) will also appear at C2E2 as a guest on August 6 & 7 later this year. It will be a meet and greet event where the fans will be able to take autographs and click pictures with Naomi and Sasha. 

Not only them but more stars from the wrestling industry like AEW World Champion CM Punk, WWE Hall of Famer Lita, Danhausen, and more will also appear at this event. 

This will be the first non-WWE-related appearances of the former WWE women’s tag-team champions since their suspension. 

Naomi and Sasha Banks walked out of the May 16 episode of WWE Raw. Michael Cole even announced on commentary that they let the WWE universe down. 

It is also reported that, under the new top management of WWE, the promotion is trying to reconcile with Banks and Naomi. 

Now, it will be interesting whether these former champions will return to the promotion or not.
