Miz vs Rey Mysterio Announced for WWE Elimination Chamber 2022
Two WWE Veterans will face-off at WWE Elimination Chamber 2022 event.
WWE has announced a match between Rey Mysterio and The Miz for the event at Jeddah Superdome in Saudi Arabia on February 19.
The announcement last night after WWE RAW episode of February 14. The Miz and Maryse started a rivalry with The Mysterio two week back on RAW when Miz defeated Dominik Mysterio on the show. Maryse assisted with a distraction in the finish.
Then, Dominik got a win back over the Miz last week after Rey Mysterio thwarted Maryse’s attempt for another distraction. Last night on RAW, The Mysterios faced RAW Tag Team Champions Alpha Academy. Miz and Maryse once again cost the Mysterios a win and Chad Gable got the win with a roll-up on Dominik.
This will be the second match between the Miz and Rey Mysterio in Saudi Arabia. They previously clashed in the semifinal match of WWE World Cup tournament at Crown Jewel 2018 event. The Miz defeated Rey to advance to the final.
