Liv Morgan Win Against Shayna Baszler Clash at the Castle

Liv Morgan once again emerged victorious despite being an underdog as she defeated Shayna Baszler to retain the SmackDown women’s title at Clash at the Castle 2022. 

Liv Morgan started off things with a roll-up and got a two-count. On the other hand, Baszler went for the early kirifuda clutch, but Liv countered it by putting Baszler in the same move. 

Shayna soon started dominating the match and began working on Morgan’s arm. When Shayna was about to stomp Liv’s arm, the latter shocked her by putting her into an arm triangle followed by an arm bar. 

In the ending moments of the match, Shayna managed to counter Liv’s pin into Kirifuda’s clutch. However, Liv managed to get to the bottom rope to break the hold. 

She hit Shayna with a codebreaker followed by an Oblivion to get the pinfall and retain her SmackDown women’s title. 

Now, it remains to be seen who will be the next challenger for Liv’s title. Will Ronda target Liv once again?
