Casey O’Neil vs Jessica Eye is Targeted for UFC 276

Casey O’Neil vs Jessica Eye Women’s Flyweight is being targeted to take place at UFC 276 PPV event on July 2, 2022, in Las Vegas. 

Following a report from ESPN, MMA Junkie confirmed that the verbal agreement between both the fighters already took place. Now, these flyweights only have to put pen on the paper to make this bout official. 

Jessica Eye is on a three-fight losing streak. She is coming off a unanimous decision loss against Jennifer Maia at UFC  264. Before that, she lost against Joanne Calderwood and Cynthia Calvillo. Her last win came back in 2019 against Viviane Araujo. 

On the other hand, Casey O’Neil is still undefeated in MMA. She won all four matches at the UFC and is coming off a split decision victory against Roxanne Modafferi at UFC 271. Before her, she managed to get a finish against Antonina Shevchenko, Lara Procopio, and Shana Dobson. 

As a result, Casey O’Neil must be looking forward to extending her undefeated streak whereas Jessica Eye is determined to snap her losing streak by delivering O’Neil her very first loss at UFC 276.
