The much-anticipated rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua is set to take place on August 20 in Saudi Arabia.

Oleksandr Usyk will defend his newly won IBF, WBO, WBA (Super), and IBO heavyweight titles that he won after defeating Joshua last year in September in London.

The rematch is billed as “Rage on the Red Sea,” and it will take place at the Jeddah SuperDome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Matchroom Boxing officially announced the rematch by sharing a tweet. Joshua activated his rematch clause right after suffering a defeat against Usyk.

Anthony Joshua has changed his trainers ahead of the fight against Oleksandr Usky. It will be one of the biggest fights of Joshua’s career where he would try to become the world champion for the third time by defeating Usyk.

On the other hand, Usyk will be competing in the ring at a time when his country Ukraine is at War with Russia. Usyk, former Undisputed Cruiserweight World Champion, was part of the war in the early months. However, he was later given exemption from war duties. He has resumed his training last month.
