Floyd Mayweather will return to a PPV event for an exhibition fight against Don Moore on May 21, 2022. The event will take place at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The event was earlier scheduled for May 14, but got postponed due to the death of the President of UAE. Mayweather will return to the ring for the first time since he face Logan Paul in another exhibition fight last year in June. He will be facing Don Moore, a former training partner for Mayweather previously. Moore has been inactive for almost 5 years now. Will he be able to give any scare to the undefeated fighter?
Former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva will also be on the card, facing another former MMA Fighter in Bruno Machado, in another exhibition bout. Silva remains undefeated in his boxing career with two wins in as many matches in 2021. Delfine Persoon and Maiva Hamadouche will clash over WBC Women’s Super Featherweight title. Badou Jack vs Hany Atiyo bout will complete the fight card.
