Preview
One of the fighters between Errol Spence Jr and Yordenis Ugas will hold three out of four major welterweight titles in their hands after their bout on April 16 at the AT&T Stadium.
Spence Jr is still undefeated and currently holds WBC & IBF Welterweight titles. Now, he is determined to extend his undefeated streak and also has his eyes set on Ugas’s WBA title. Meanwhile, Ugas is preparing to pull off an upset by delivering Spence Jr his very first professional boxing loss, just like he upset Manny Pacquiao in his last bout in August 2021.
Only problem for Spence might be that he has been inactive for 16 months and is returning after eye surgery. Spence last defeated Danny Garcia in December 2020 at the same venue. Will he be the Spence of old days?
The winner from here will possibly go on to face WBO Welterweight Champion Terence Crawford to crown an undisputed champion in the division. So, who will it be? Spence or Ugas?
