WWE NXT In Your House 2022 event will return on June 4, 2022. This will be the second NXT Premium Live Event this year. Also, it will be the third In Your House event under NXT. The show will air from WWE Performance Center, Orlando, Florida, USA
NXT Champion Bron Breakker will defend the title against Joe Gacy, where he could lose the title even with a disqualification. NXT North American Championship will be on the line in the match between Cameron Grimes and Carmelo Hayes. Pretty Deadly and the Creed Brothers will clash over tag team titles.

NEWS & UPDATES
On May 13, 2022, some reports came out that WWE will hold NXT In Your House 2022 event in June. WWE confirmed that the event will take place on June 4 with the announcement of the first match, at Capitol Wrestling Center.
Joe Gacy has been upon NXT Champion Bron Breakker ever since he won the title back from Dolph Ziggler early in April. Gacy kidnapped Breakker’s father and WWE Hall of Famer Rick Steiner and later even kidnapped Breakker himself. Breakker defended the title successfully against Gacy at Spring Breakin’ event. Gacy continued his pursuit of the title after that also. He ended up challenging Breakker for a rematch at In Your House event.
On May 17 episode of NXT 2.0, Gacy proposed a stipulation that Breakker can lose the title by disqualification also. Breakker faced Duke Hudson at May 24 edition of NXT where Gacy’s tactics frustrated Breakker into hitting Hudson with a chair and lost the match via disqualification. On May 31’s NXT, Gacy cut a promo saying that he would tap in to Breakker’s anger and force to lose by disqualification at In Your House. Breakker reacted to this violently by breaking the TV screen that was in front of him.
Cameron Grimes won the NXT North American Championship at NXT Stand & Deliver 2022 event in a ladder match. Carmelo Hayes was the champion before that. Grimes defended the title successfully on April 12 episode of NXT against Solo Sikoa after some distraction from Hayes and Trick Williams. Grimes later defended the title in a triple threat match against Sikoa and Hayes at Spring Breakin’ event, pinning Sikoa again. Hayes vs Grimes match was later announced for In Your House event.
After Nash Carter was released from WWE, the NXT Tag Team Championship was vacated. A new champion was to be crowned with a Gauntlet match on April 12, 2022 episode. The Creed Brothers turned out to be the marathon team in the match, but they were last eliminated by Pretty Deadly who became the new champions. The Creed Brothers then defeated The Viking Raiders a few weeks later. A title match was announced for NXT Tag Team Championship was announced between Pretty Deadly and The Creed Brothers. Roderick Strong challenged Pretty Deadly for a non-title tag team match. Strong teamed up with Damon Kemp but failed to beat Pretty Deadly.
Wendy Choo has been feuding with Toxic Attraction for a long time now. Toxic Attraction attacked Choo during the women’s Dusty Rhodes Classic finals and left her injured. Later, Choo attacked NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose after Rose defeated Indi Hartwell. Similarly, Katana Chance and Kayden Carter have been in a feud with Toxic Attraction over the tag team titles. They attacked Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne after they defended the titles against Roxanne Perez and Wendy Choo. On May 24 episode of NXT, Rose responded to another attack by Choo by agreeing to give her a title shot. Dolin and Jayne also agreed to put tag titles on the line against Carter & Chance.
The feud between Tony D’Angelo and Santos Escobar is basically on “Two Crime Families are too much for NXT.” They tension between them first started in the fallout for NXT Stand & Deliver when Tony D’Angelo was coronated as “the Don of NXT” by AJ Galante. Escobar told him to stay out of Legado Del Fantasma’s business. On April 12 episode of NXT, Tony D’Angelo handed a peace offering to Escobar but Escobar returned it saying that the respect of his family is worth way more than that.
Two mystery men interferred during Escobar’s match against Carmelo Hayes on NXT April 19 episode. Legado were sure that these men were from Tony. On NXT April 26, the two mystery men tried to stop Legado from interfering in Tony’s match against Von Wagner. Escobar was still able to hit Tony with a baton and cost him the match. Later, Tony revealed the two men were indeed his hires – Troy “Two Dimes” Donovan and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo.
On May 3 episode of NXT, Tony and Escobar come to a truce after two sides met for peace talks. However, Legado kidnapped Galante later in the show. On May 10, Tony kidnapped Cruz Del Toro. Escobar defeated Tony at May 17 episode of NXT. On May 31’s NXT, Escobar and Tony agree to a trios tag team match with the stipulation that the losing team will have to work under the winner.
