Latest Update on Goldberg’s Contract Status in WWE
There is a piece of good news for the fans who want to see WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg in the ring again.
Goldberg recently had a chat with the New York Post where he revealed he did complete the number of matches in his contract, but despite that, he is still signed to WWE.
Goldberg emphasized the fact that one never when his phone gonna ring for another outing, on asking about his contract status.
The former Universal champion also stated that he is in better shape compared to his last WWE match. So, he is hopeful he will receive one of the phone calls.
Goldberg also stated that in the wrestling industry, one never retires until they are dead. The WWE legend revealed that he would require surgery for his injured shoulder, which has been ‘absolutely destroyed.’
He added that he might never get the call from WWE, but he will certainly be ready for it if he ever gets one. Goldberg’s last WWE match came against Roman Reigns in February, where he failed to win the Universal title.
