Toni Storm defeated Britt Baker, Jamie Hayter, and Hikaru Shida in a fatal-4-way match to become the interim AEW Women’s champion.

Initially, Storm was supposed to challenge Thunder Rosa for the title at AEW All Out 2022, but the latter got injured, and then the fatal–4-way match was set up for the interim title.

Jamie Hayter and Britt Baker dominated most of the match. They even hurt Shida with their attacks but the latter came back with kendo sticks to take her revenge.

In the ending moments of the match, when Hayter was about to pin Shida, Baker pulled the referee out of the ring. Storm then hit piledriver to Hayter and after a failed pin attempt she hit Hayter with Storm Zero to get the pinfall.

Toni Storm is now the interim AEW women’s world champion, and will eventually challenge Thunder Rosa in a title unification bout.
