Sheamus Vs. Damian Priest For The US Title Added To WWE SummerSlam
Damian Priest is all set to challenge Sheamus for the WWE United States title at SummerSlam 2021.
The bout for the US title is officially on for the biggest party of the summer. The Celtic Warrior, Sheamus finally accepted the challenge of The Archer of Infamy, Damian Priest for a match at the SummerSlam.
Priest already defeated Sheamus once on the July 26 episode of Raw whereas last week he teamed up with Ricochet to defeat the team of John Morrison and Sheamus. On tonight’s episode of Raw, Damian Priest defeated John Morrison and after that he issued a challenge to the United States Champion.
Sheamus agreed to face Priest inside Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, and put his championship on the line. WWE has been teasing this match for the past few weeks and now it is finally official.
Sheamus defeated Matt Riddle at WrestleMania 37 to win the title. At present, he is nursing a broken nose and his match against Priest will be his first PPV title defense. Whereas Damian Priest continues his dominant run ever since he made his main roster debut.
Hence, the fans are very excited to see who will emerge victorious when these two dominant superstars will collide against one another.
