Roman Reigns survived the wrath of Brock Lesnar and retained his Undisputed WWE Universal championships in a chaotic last-man-standing match at SummerSlam 2022.

The main event of the biggest party of the summer was unique, brutal, chaotic yet iconic in every single way. In the end, the Bloodline had to literally bury the Beast Incarnate to prevent him from beating the ten-count.

When Brock Lesnar brought the tractor to the ringside, everyone got confused. However, he made most of it as he started off things by jumping over Reigns from it. Later in the match, he even dumped Reigns using it. Last but not least, Lesnar used the tractor to pick up the ring to send Roman down the floor.

Roman Reigns survived several suplexes and F5s from Brock Lesnar whereas the latter managed to survive every single spear. During the match, Theory tried to cash in his MITB contract after hitting Reigns with the briefcase. However, Lesnar took care of him by hitting him with the F5.

He even delivered an F5 to his former associate Paul Heyman. There was a time in the match when the bodies were lying everywhere outside the ring.

In the ending moments of the match, Brock Lesnar survived two spears and a championship shot from Reigns. Lastly, Reigns used the Universal title to hit Brock Lesnar’s face and then he and the Usos buried Lesnar with a chair, steel steps, and everything they found near the ring. Roman Reigns stood on top of this pile as the referee declared him the winner.

Now, Roman Reigns will face Drew McIntyre in the main event of the WWE Clash of the Castle event on September 3.
