Adam Page Announced AEW Full Gear 2019 Match Against PAC
After this week’s AEW Dynamite episode went off the air, Adam “Hangman” Page told PAC that they will be a rematch at AEW Full Gear 2019.
This week’s AEW Dynamite main event saw the match between Jon Moxley and PAC ended in a time limit draw. Moxley has hit the Death Rider as the show went off the air. After the show, PAC attacked Moxley and put a chair around his neck. As he climbed the turnbuckle, Kenny Omega made the save and chased PAC off.
When Omega was having a few words with Moxley, PAC tried to sneak back in. Omega and Moxley kicked him out of the ring. Adam Page met PAC at the entrance, backing PAC back to the ring again. PAC finally ran out through the crowd to get away from the arena.
Page got on the mic to cut a promo. Page said that PAC is a big man when someone’s back is turned, but he doesn’t look so big now. He reminded that PAC also didn’t look so big when he had to kick him in the balls to beat him at the AEW Dynamite debut episode. Page then went on to say that it seems like he needs a rematch. And he is not asking, he is telling PAC that they will meet again at AEW Full Gear.
Page and PAC were originally supposed to face-off at AEW Double or Nothing. But PAC withdrew from the show due to some creative differences with AEW. Instead, they had a match at WrestlePro where PAC left Page injured.
PAC later debut with AEW at AEW All Out 2019 against Kenny Omega. Page and PAC met at AEW Dynamite premiere episode on TNT where PAC defeated Page after a low blow and the Brutalizer. Last week at AEW Dynamite, Page pinned PAC in a tag team match.
AEW Full Gear 2019 takes place on 9 November 2019 at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, MD. The current lineup for the show is as follows:
- Chris Jericho(c) vs Cody Rhodes – AEW World Championship Match
- Kenny Omega vs Jon Moxley
