Two more NXT TakeOver events are expected to take place later in this year as per the recent reports.
There have been some reports that a NXT TakeOver event is currently in plan for 4 October. This will be just one week after Clash of Champions PPV and in the same month with NXT TakeOver UK event on 25 October.
Earlier today, PWInsider reported that apart from 4 October, there is another NXT TakeOver in plan on 6 December. The traditional TakeOver during Survivor Series weekend is likely scrapped. Earlier, the TakeOver event for Royal Rumble event was also changed to a NXT vs NXT UK event.
This will take the total number of NXT TakeOver events to 5, same number as previous few years but with very different schedule. NXT UK will end the year with 2 events but there were definite plans for more.
