NXT Results- 10 April 2019: Candice LeRea vs Aliyah

NXT episode for 10 April 2019 was tapped at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York before the NXT Takeover event. Here are the results and updates from the episode:

• Candice LeRae defeated Aliyah(with Vanessa Borne). Aliyah started strongly and when Candice made a comeback she was distracted by Borne to give the advantage back to Aliyah. Candice hit some quick moves in the end which ended with a springboard moonsault to get the pin.

• A video of the Velveteen Dream at WrestleMania, mocking Buddy Murphy after he lost the Cruiserweight Championship. Murphy says he still steals the show, Dream told him to check out TakeOver and then asked where Murphy’s title was at.
• Jaxson Ryker (with Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake) defeated Danny Burch (with Oney Lorcan) with a pinfall after the widow maker.
• Post Match, Ryker again attacks Burch. Lorcan intervenes but Forgotten Sons were able to take him down.

• Pete Dunne says that there will be a rematch between him and WALTER for the WWE UK Championship.
• Next week: Velveteen Dream defends the NXT North American Championship against Buddy Murphy.
• Street Profits defeated Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner via pinfall following the electric chair blockbuster on Barthel. After the Barthel and Aichner controlled the first half of the match, both teams kept countering each other until Dawkins finished it off.
