KUSHIDA vs Velveteen Dream Announced for NXT TakeOver 31
Kushida will face Velveteen Dream in a singles match at NXT TakeOver: 31, WWE NXT has announced. The announcement came via social networking sites on Saturday evening.
Velveteen Dream made his return to WWE NXT last month after a hiatus in a triple threat match against Kushida and Cameron Grimes. After losing that match, Dream attacked Kushida to start a rivalry between them.
A few weeks later, Kushida retaliated with his attack on Dream on NXT Super Tuesday II. That attack led to another short break for Dream before he returned attack Kushida during the Gauntlet Eliminator match this past Wednesday’s episode of NXT.
WWE NXT has now scheduled a separate match between them to end the rivalry and trading of attacks. This is the fourth match announced for NXT TakeOver: 31 event.
