WWE may be moving the date of the Money in the Bank 2022 event.

WWE has announced Money in the Bank 2022 premium live event to take place on July 2 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV. However, Fightful is reporting that the date might now change to July 3 instead.

The developments come after UFC announced their International Fight Week from June 27 to July 2 in Las Vegas itself. UFC 276 PPV event will take place on July 2 at T-Mobile Arena. With both venues in close proximity, it could raise logistics issues.

With the event being the biggest from UFC in the year, it is expected that WWE’s viewership and ticket sales might also take a hit. Fightful reports that WWE also has Allegiant Stadium booked for July 3, and therefore it is possible that event postponed a day later. It is likely that we get confirmation on the same in the coming months.

Money in the Bank is one of the five WWE events this year to air from a big stadium. WWE will air Royal Rumble 2022 on January 29 from The Dome at America’s Center in St. Loius, MO. Then, it will air Elimination Chamber from Jeddah Superdome in Saudi Arabia in February. Two Nights of WrestleMania 38 will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. SummerSlam 2022 will air from Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN.
