Jeff Hardy’s Wife & Big E Address Jeff Hardy’s WWE Release
Earlier, it has been revealed that WWE released Jeff Hardy from his contract after he refused to get help and rehabilitation from the company. Jeff Hardy’s wife broke the silence on the matter and took to her Twitter handle to address her husband’s release.
Beth Hardy posted a tweet that reads, “Jeff is good. We are good. Post that you “heard” that. Thanks.” However, Jeff Hardy is yet to address his WWE release publicly.
WWE officials offered assistance and rehab to Jeff Hardy following the incident that happened at a live event in Edinburg. Hardy was in a tag team match with Drew McIntyre and Xavier Woods vs the Bloodline last weekend at a live show. He tagged out to Drew and then left the match in between through the crowd.
The exact reason behind Hardy leaving in such a manner is not clear. However, the reports this morning said that Jeff denied WWE’s proposal for help and rehabilitation and upon his refusal, WWE released The Charismatic Enigma from his contract.
Not only Beth Hardy, but WWE Champion Big E also addressed the release of Jeff Hardy by posting a statement on Twitter with kind words for Hardy. United States Champion Damian Priest also posted that he has nothing but positive thoughts for Hardy.
