Dante Martin will take on Brian Cage in the first match of the tournament. Ricky Starks has World title aspirations, but he has a significant challenge ahead of him in form of Lance Archer. The final first-round match will be between Bandido and Rush. Who moves ahead to the semifinals?

Tony Khan came out before the tapings and said Boston is kind of market where he would like to bring in a PPV.
Jungle Boy came out and challenged Luchasaurus for a Cage match at Full Gear. Luchasaurus puts him through a steel chair in the following brawl.
Brian Cage defeated Dante Martin in 1st round match of World Title Eliminator Tournament.
Jake Hager and Claudio Castagnoli get a backstage interview segment. Hager tells Claudio to become a sports entertainer again. A match between them might be set for Dynamite next week.
Bandido defeated Rush in 1st round match of World Title Eliminator Tournament after John Silver ran a distraction.
Nyla Rose defeated Kayla Sparks in a squash match. Jade Cargill came out for a brawl with Rose.
Lance Archer vs Ricky Starks match did not take place on Rampage after Archer attacked Starks on Dynamite earlier. More details to follow.
Orange Cassidy(c) defeated Lee Johnson to retain AEW All Atlantic Championship.
