Read below to check the complete preview and match card of AEW Dynamite October 5, 2022.

Wardlow vs Brian Cage – TNT Title Match

Wardlow hasn’t turned back ever since he separated himself from MJF. After that, he quickly became the TNT Champion. Now, he will face another powerhouse Brian Cage, who is returning to AEW TV after almost a year. So, will Brian Cage be able to become the new champion or will Wardlow leave the ring with his title?

MJF vs Wheeler Yuta

MJF hasn’t competed in a singles match since May this year. Now, he will finally go inside the ring wearing his wrestling boots when he faces BCC’s Wheeler Yuta in a singles match. Last week, MJF and Yuta exchanged strikes after a verbal argument, and they were booked to face each other at this week’s episode of Dynamite.

Bryan Danielson & Daniel Garcia vs Chris Jericho & Sammy Guevara

Bryan Danielson & Daniel Garcia will team up for the first time in a tag team match to take on Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara. It all started with a rivalry between Danielson & Garcia, who eventually got in each other’s good books. However, JAS’ leader Chris Jericho doesn’t like this as Garcia was a part of his faction. Hence, Chris Jericho will now team up with Sammy Guevara to take on the duo of Bryan Danielson & Daniel Garcia.

What Else is Booked?

#1 contender for AEW World Title, “Hangman” Adam Page will face Rush in a singles match as he continues to make his way towards the title match.

Jay Lethal will collide against Darby Allin in a singles match as their rivalry continues.

AEW Tag Team Champions The Acclaimed will celebrate National Scissoring Day to honor their coach Billy Gunn.
