UFC 266: Estimated PPV Buys, Payouts, Salaries, Performance Bonuses
UFC 266 saw some very exciting fights including the five round Featherweight title main event match between Alexander Volkanowski and Brian Ortega.
The main event was awarded the Fight of the Night award with each fighter bagging an extra $50000. This would add to Alexander Volkanowski’s $300000 base salary and around $400000 PPV payout and sponsorship bonus of $42000. Brian Ortega will also get $300000 in base salary and $32000 in sponsorship.
The event also saw Valentina Shevchenko defeat Lauren Murphy via TKO in the fourth round. Shevchenko might trump Volkanowski as the highest earner on the card with $200000 extra as the win bonus along with the same PPV payout.
Robbie Lawler defeated Nick Diaz via TKO in the third round, but it will be Diaz who is expected to get more dollars from the bout. Diaz will get $400000 as the base salary, the highest for the card. Lawler will get $100000 in win bonus on top of $250000 in base salary.
Merab Dvalishvili and Chris Daukaus will also get Performance of the Night bonuses of $50000 from UFC 266.
