Cody Stamann vs Said Nurmagomedov Set for UFC 270

A bantamweight clash between Cody Stamann and Said Numagomedov is all set to take place at UFC 270 on January 22. 

Cody Stamann vs Said Numragomedov will take place at UFC’s very first PPV event of the upcoming year. MMA Junkie also confirmed this news with the people with knowledge on this situation. 

UFC is yet to announce this news officially but the match-up is almost confirmed and will likely take place at UFC 270. However, the venue and location for this event are yet to be revealed. 

Cody Stamman is currently on a two-fight losing streak. First, he lost against Jimmie Rivera, then he was defeated in his most recent fight by Merab Dvalishvili back in May. As a result, he must be looking to break this streak and get back on the winning track again. 

On the other hand, Said Nurmagomedov impressed everyone by knocking out Mark Striegl in the very first round. He hasn’t had any matches this year but now he is all set to make his return inside the octagon on January 22.
