Pedro Munhoz vs Dominick Cruz Might Take Place at UFC 269

According to the reports, a top bantamweight bout between Pedro Munhoz vs Dominick Cruz is in the works for UFC 269.

Several people with knowledge of the fight confirmed this report to MMA Fighting. They also confirmed that the verbal agreements are already in place. However, the contracts are yet to be finalized. 

The match card of UFC 269 is already pretty stacked as it is set to feature three championship bouts. Now, the addition of Pedro Munhoz vs Dominick Cruz will make this event even grander.

Munhoz lost his last bout against Jose Aldo back in August. Before losing this match he managed to get a win over Jimmie Rivera. 

On the other hand, Cruz will enter the octagon after quite a while. He was victorious in his last outing against Casey Kenny. However, before winning this bout via split decision, Cruz lost two back-to-back matches against Henry Cjeudo and Cody Garbrandt.
