Two Matches Announced for WWE Starrcade 2019
WWE has announced two matches for this Sunday’s WWE Starrcade 2019 show.
Rusev and Bobby Lashley have been feuding for the last two months in the love triangle storyline with Lana. Last night at RAW, Rusev attacked Lashley despite a restraining order. He ended up throwing Lashley from the entrance stage.
Rusev and Bobby Lashley are expected to face-off at WWE TLC 2019 show. But they will battle before that at WWE Starrcade 2019 in a Last Man Standing match.
In another match announced for the night, the Kabuki Warriors will defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship in a fatal 4-way tag team match. The other three teams will be WWE RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair, WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley & Sasha Banks, and Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross.
Alexa Bliss will be returning to action for the first time since WWE Hell in a Cell 2019. She has been suffering from some shoulder issues and has been out of action since then.
Starrcade events used to be a Thanksgiving weekend tradition in WCW. WWE has revived the event as house shows to air on WWE Network. This year’s WWE Starrcade event will take place on 1 December 2019 at Infinite Energy Center in Duluth, Georgia.
