Ruby Soho Debuted At AEW All Out, Won The Women’s Casino Battle Royal

RUBY RIOTE CASINO BATTLE ROYAL WINNER 2021

Ruby Soho (fka Ruby Riott) finally made her return to pro wrestling at AEW All Out after being released by WWE.

Tonight’s episode of AEW All Out featured a women’s Casino Battle Royal which had one spot left. In the end, that spot was taken by Ruby Soho and she came out as a joker.

Ruby Soho made it to the final 3 along with Nyla Rose and Thunder Rosa. Soho eventually kicked Rosa out of the ring to win the Battle Royal. Now, Ruby Soho is the new number #1 contender for the AEW Women’s Championship and will challenge Britt Baker who successfully defended her earlier at the PPV against Kris Statlander.

Ruby Soho created a solid hype around her return with the help of a video series titled The Runaway. These videos had references about her time in WWE and they also teased that her past is behind her now and she is entering a new era.

WWE released Ruby Riott/Soho back on April 15, 2021. During her time with the promotion, Ruby worked with WWE NXT, Raw, and SmackDown for around 4 years. She even had a stable of her own named The Riott Squad.

Ruby Soho’s 90 days non-compete clause ended in the month of August after which she was ready to sign with any other promotion and make her return to pro-wrestling.
