Becky to defend both titles at Money in the Bank
Becky Lynch is set to defend both the RAW and SmackDown Women’s Championship titles at the Money in the Bank in separate matches against Lacey Evans and Charlotte Flair.
Lacey Evans had been involved with Becky since after WrestleMania this year and she later beat Natalya to get the chance to face Becky for the RAW Women’s Championship. Although she created a bit of confusion yesterday when she said that she will take both titles from Becky.
Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair faced off at SmackDown last night for the first time since WrestleMania. Charlotte told that since she was never pinned at WrestleMania and still lost the title, so she wants her title shot while Becky told her that she has already beaten her many times and she should let other female stars get the chance for the title.
Bayley came out to interrupt them and asked a title shot for herself. As Charlotte took offense to it and Bayley challenged her for the match right away with the winner getting a shot at the SmackDown Women’s Championship. They worked an impressive match at the end of which Charlotte came on top to get the match against Becky at Money in the Bank.
