Wellington Turman vs Julian Marquez Set for June 18 UFC Event

According to the latest reports, Wellington Turman vs Julian Marquez middleweight bout is set to take place at the UFC Fight Night event on June 18. 

MMA Junkie confirmed the matchup with two people of the knowledge that a three-round bout would take place between these middleweights. UFC hasn’t announced any location or venue for the June 18 Fight Night event yet. 

Julian Marquez is on a two-fight winning streak and is coming off a submission victory against Sam Alvey. Before Alvey, he defeated Maki Pitolo via submission at UFC 258. 

Wellington Turman is also on a two-fight winning streak, and he is also coming off a submission victory against Misha Ciirkunov. Before him, Turman defeated Sam Alvey via a split decision. 

Julian Marquez vs Wellington Turman is the first bout that has been booked for the UFC Fight Night event that will take place on June 18 at a yet-to-be-announced location.
